The 26th primary school was founded in 1935. It is only a
few meters away from the «Long Walls» which were built by Themistocles whose intention
was to protect in this way the ancient Athens and Piraeus from its various enemies. It is
a school with rich contribution to the area, since it’s been attended by thousands of
people during the past 63 years, people who later succeeded in many fields of human
activity. Having a lot of respect for this rich tradition, we the teachers of this school,
are intensifying our efforts in order to cover the social needs of our students in the
best possible way.
